Prices and Payment

• All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% Goods & Services Tax (GST).
• Delivery charges maybe an additional cost and included in your order summary prior to payment.

When you place orders or access your account information on the website, we offer the use of a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Confidential information, such as your address, credit card details and order history, is not stored on the web server but on our own database, which is protected against unauthorised access and administered in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Delivery of Goods

Free delivery anywhere in Australia for orders of a dozen or more ($15 otherwise). Australia Post or Fastway Australia will deliver the wine, usually within seven days of placing your order. Heifer Station Wines has partnered with a cellar door freight forwarding company to offer competitive rates on international deliveries. Please contact us for deliveries outside of Australia now - enquire now.

Breakages

All wines are packed in standard safe compartments. Should an accident happen please inform us and we will identify the cause and assess the loss. We will replace any wine that breaks due to our negligence but not in the case where some other negligence is admitted.

Returns

Any Heifer Station wine that is returned to us due to spoilage or quality concerns will be happily replaced. The returned bottle(s) must be 75% full so we can have it assessed for quality control.

Purchasing through the Website

If you purchase products from us through the website, you warrant to us that:

• It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years
• You are at least 18 years of age; and
• Any person that you are obtaining the products for, or supply the products to, is at least 18 years of age.
