Tasting Note:
Wild fermented in stainless steel and old French barriques. Wild malolactic fermentation on fermentation lees. Stirred on lees to build savory complexity and texture
Tasting: Fresh strawberry, grapefruit, peaches and cream on the nose. Palate is generous with an abundance of fresh berry fruits and creamy texture on the finish. Dry and savory style rose with texture and depth
